Fernando Letamendi Juarez of Mexico Received a JROTC Promotion to C/1LT at the Army and Navy Academy

The following Cadets were promoted to C/1LT by the Senior Army Instructor, MAJ Ed Guillermo, on November 17th, 2017 for their dedication and leadership within their companies.

The recommendation for promotion can come from the Cadet's JROTC Instructor, Company TAC, or Cadet Leadership Team. Promotions for officers occurs after the Senior Army Instructor and Commandant concur and promotion orders are cut.
