Hunter Edmond of Oceanside Received the 2017 Football Coaches' Award from the Army and Navy Academy

Army and Navy Academy is proud to announce the recipients of the Fall 2017 athletic awards for Football!

Hunter Edmond of Oceanside (92058) received the Coaches' Award. This award is given to the player who the coaches find most coachable. This athlete best demonstrates the true spirit of Warrior Athletics.

Hunter Edmond is from the Class of 2019 at the Army and Navy Academy.

Varsity Football Went to CIF Playoffs - The Warriors played a tough and gritty California Military School in the inaugural Battle for the Boot game to a victory and the opportunity to keep the trophy at the academy for a year. Winning three games and allowing 18 points between those three teams, the Warriors qualified for the CIF playoffs.

Junior Varsity Football Wins - The JV Warriors, playing a short season this year, with limited numbers, finished the year3-1-1. It was a great year for them.
