John Carter Receives Varsity Football Defensive Player of the Year Award

Army and Navy Academy is proud to announce the recipients of the Fall 2013 athletic awards.

John Carter of Vista was presented the Defensive Player of the Year award for his outstanding performance on the Varsity Football team at the Academy's Fall Sports banquet held on December 17, 2013.

This past season, the team captured a share of the Pacific League Title, earning a five seed in the Division IV CIF Playoffs. The Warriors finished the season with an overall record of 6-5, with a 4-1 record in the Pacific League.
