Licheng Zhou Participates in Model United Nations Conference at University of San Diego

Licheng Zhou of Shanghai recently participated in the Model United Nations conference at the University of San Diego's Joan Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice, where he served as a representative of Bulgaria.

To participate, Zhou was required to prepare a speech about the South China Sea and Syrian refugee crisis, present it to the conference, then work with students representing other countries to develop and amend proposals for peace.

It was a great opportunity to participate in hands-on education on international relations, while interacting with students and leaders from throughout the U.S.
