Mason Roth Earns Commencement Award from Army and Navy Academy

Mason Roth of Alamo earned one of Army and Navy Academy's coveted Commencement Awards, presented during the school's graduation ceremony on June 6, 2015. This is one of the highest honors attainable by a Senior Cadet at the military school.

Mason received the Davis Golden Rule Award. This award is presented to the graduating Senior who best demonstrates the character implied in the Golden Rule, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, and the Academy motto, Pro Deo Et Pro Patria, “For God and For Country.”

"It is my pleasure to recognize your accomplishment," said Dr. Lisa Basista, Dean of Academics. "Congratulations, and best wishes as you continue on to the next chapter."
