Maximillian Henderson Volunteers at Rotary Club of Carlsbad Oktoberfest

Maximillian Henderson of Fullerton volunteered at the Rotary Club of Carlsbad's 33rd Annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 3. The event is a community tradition attended by hundreds of families each year.

"The Carlsbad Rotary Oktoberfest is a Carlsbad tradition and fun for the entire family," says Matt Hall, Mayor of Carlsbad, "Every dime raised goes to support worthy local causes." Proceeds from ticket sales go toward the Agua Hediona Lagoon Foundation and Solutions For Change.

Henderson volunteered for three hours, assisting guests and answering questions. He was there with other members of his school's Interact Club, Rotary International's service club for youth.
