Yucheng Wang of China received the American Legion - Academic Excellence Award from the Army and Navy Academy.

This award is presented annually to one second classman Cadet for demonstrating scholastic excellence in all subjects. He is in the top 25% of his class and top 25% in the JROTC class. This Cadet demonstrates leadership excellence and the potential for a top ANA leadership position. He also actively participates in student activities, sports, or organizations. This award is presented at the annual Armed Forces Weekend awards ceremony.
